Our visit to Mateo's Place - Bocas del Toro

  1. “Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesian 3:20-21 AMP

Hello, our friend.

This past weekend we (Cinthia and I) went to where Mateo is, the are of Bocas del Toro.  We were able to go, Praise the Lord.

And it was beautiful to see that they still faithful, strong, and have peace in all this situation.

I went to make some donations such as clothes, Bibles, and face masks so they could be more secure in this pandemic.

It was a nice surprise to receive the report that a group of youth is taking the lead of going to other places so the senior leaders can stay home and secure. Now, they are the ones that are carrying on with the discipleship program and all the follow up that was supposed to be done by the old leaders.

Sunday service while the youth in another area.

That is why you see few people in the church because all the youth went to a place called Monte Lirio to do the Sunday service there.

I am a second-generation and understand the experience of being the one that follows, and now I see how God is taking a second-generation into these areas to carry on with His work.

After my dad passed away, God confirmed to me to take a step of faith believing in what He told me, and I just trusted that God will fill the empty spaces.

Now that I see this young group taking the jump, I feel so very happy to see their decision.

A young man, His name is Michale (not in the pict), he is totally on fire for Jesus, the ministry is thinking on a way to support him in this new process.

I just want to say God is good all the time and all the time God is good.  Doesn't matter if in a pandemic or in good times, He always, always is good.

We believe that God has a big plan in all this situation, where the next generation will continue this work, the good work.

Mateo and his family are as happy as we are, and they are doing good, keeping safe.  Thank you for your prayers.

We love you all and in Him we trust.
